We are so happy we chose KM PM&M for our home renovations! Mario and his team were recommended to us by an interior designer after we shared our frustrations with finding capable, reasonable and professional contractors. Our main goals were to 1. remove all existing popcorn texture from ceilings throughout, 2. repaint all ceilings, walls, trim and doors and 3. a gut of our primary bathroom and lay a new tile floor, build a tile shower with frameless glass surround, install a freestanding tub, install a new countertop and all new fixtures. Mario had material and fixture options for us to choose from but he was also happy to work with things we found on our own. When we first met with Mario to discuss our renovation intentions we immediately appreciated his professionalism and ability to effectively communicate ideas and make suggestions for our home based on the things we were considering to be done. The estimates subsequently provided were detailed and accurate (in the end) meaning no surprises unless additional issues were uncovered along the way. I should add that he set a reasonable expectation that once demo of our primary bathroom was complete then he would know for sure if additional materials would be needed to rebuild based on scope of possible water damage and so forth. Even then, he had correctly anticipated the cost of those materials. Mario and his team were intent on us being happy not only with their finished product but also with the process throughout. When living through a project vs staying elsewhere we felt they made every effort to make it as painless as possible. Furnishings and flooring were carefully protected during the project so we didn’t have to move things into storage of some sort. We ended up adding some things along the way and Mario was happy to accommodate us. Anything we took issue with (which was very little) or felt needed attention was taken care of immediately. We very much appreciated their attention to details as well as clear and regular communication regarding schedule and coordination with other vendors. Ultimately, we are extremely pleased with every bit of the work we had done and highly recommend KM PM&M. I would also add that they are worth waiting for if your timeframe allows.

KM Property did a wonderful job on my exterior walls. They replaced all my rotten wood siding, fixed underlying damages to the frame and installed extra flashing to prevent future damage. They also did an entire exterior paint and even pressure washed my deck. It was a big job for a good price. Mario and the crew were great to work with. I plan to contract them for future projects.

Mario and José did a fantastic job repairing our water damaged eave. They removed all the damaged wood, rebuilt the eave, and painted it to match. I highly recommend them!!!
